Ya'll, it's GAME CHANGING! I know it's been months since Thanksgiving and I'm just starting to revisit this topic, but you know, life goes on. Let me tell you, my turkey was the nicest I've cooked for Thanksgiving in 20 years. But it would be better if it was so moist and juicy that there wasn't a dry piece left.
