Review on 💾 G-Technology 1TB G-DRIVE ev ATC: Portable External Hard Drive with USB 3.0 Cable - Reliable All-Terrain Solution - 0G03614-1 by James Small

I have had this drive since August and it has failed several times. The case stopped working less than 2 months after purchase, so I removed the drive and started using it with the 3.0 cable that came with it. The hard drive has failed and is no longer connected. Contacted G Technology and they were of no help. Told me to pay $100 to have another company recover my files first and then just format the drive. This drive isn't that old, it shouldn't lose data and have a case that doesn't work and a drive that doesn't work anymore. I paid good money for a failed hard drive. When I tried to ask for help they just fired me. Do not be fooled. Technology G is part of western digital technology known for its faulty drives. I'm glad I wasted $130 on some crap only to potentially lose my data and hours of work trying to fix it.
