UPDATE 9/24/2021 - Mouse is now working. Good people at the factory offered replacements, but without any need. Works well, feels good in the hand. FIRST CHECK -- When I first got the mouse, it wouldn't connect to my MacBook Air at all. Tried both USB and Bluetooth. So what's the point of buying a bluetooth mouse? I put it aside and used the mouse I replaced. When that mouse stopped working (again), I tried this Arteck again and it worked both via USB and Bluetooth. i use it now
