I have been using this product for a week now. In my 20 years of eating protein foods, I have quite an extensive list of protein foods that I've experimented with. I want to be very clear that this review is NOT based on any "results". Frankly, anyone writing a protein review claiming "results" is of dubious intelligence. There are too many variables involved in muscle building to make such claims relatively impossible for someone outside of a lab experiment. That being said, I gave this product four stars based on a combination of factors. First I will tell you why I kept the fifth star. The taste is not very good. I didn't buy this product for the taste but for the increased digestibility and hopefully no digestive problems. So far I haven't noticed any bloating or "bubbles" after 7 days of daily use. For me, 28g of protein per scoop is very valuable for this type of digestibility. I will continue to buy this product.
