Bought these for my 8 year old daughter last winter. We live in Michigan so we have our fair share of snow, ice and cold weather. These boots are by no means cheap, but they are worth every penny. Not only are they warm, but they also have handles that make it easy and quick for her to put them on. This is particularly important because children at their school switch from shoe to shoe and vice versa on arrival, break and discharge. We thought they fit perfectly and my daughter loved the style of these boots. She never complained that her feet were cold and her socks were dry, even when she was playing in the snow. When she outgrows it, I'll look into other BOGS boots as a replacement. Dry and warm feet are worth the money.
