Effective solution in communicating efficiently

LivePro is easy to use for both customers and agents as it has an intuitive interface with great features like call recording. It also provides excellent reporting tools which can be used by both parties. The agent dashboard is not user friendly and requires some training before using effectively. I would recommend this product if you want an effective tool that will help solve your problems of communication between agents and customers. We solved our problem related to poor customer engagement at my organization.
