My old Peke is losing his eyesight. He found it difficult to walk up and down the stairs in dim light, he didn't dare and missed the steps. I bought these motion activated light strips for him. He had trouble climbing stairs but now that he has them he wants them to walk both ways in a few days. I'll probably have to move the sensor. I think the hardest part of the setup is putting the sensor where it works best. And to remove the backing from the double-sided tape - I ripped the tape off the tape first, and oops, and everything worked out. Simply fold the strip over to form corners, like the ends when you wrap the box, and it will look pretty. If they come loose, the standard brace will cover the band, it's very narrow. The motion sensor also has a good wide detection range. I hope they hold up, they're pretty cool, but if they don't, they were only $15.
