I really like this hair remover. After reading the reviews I almost gave up, but I'm glad I didn't. I have polycystic ovary syndrome which causes more hair than usual on my face and neck; hence it is necessary to pluck or shave frequently. On my first run with the Epilady I felt a slight tug but no pain so I assumed it wasn't working. After removing the cap I was amazed at the amount of hair inside. When I finished and touched the face, I almost shed a tear. My face hasn't been this smooth in years, it feels so much better. Epilady is so easy to use and a lot less painful than I expected. I'm African American with medium to thick strands of hair; Epiladia had no problem pulling out all that hair. I had to go through the points a few times, but it didn't take long. I have not purchased this for any other area of my body nor will I use it anywhere else. After reading a review about ingrown hairs, I bought Bump Patrol and applied it right after I was done.
