I bought this product to dice sweet potatoes for homemade dog food that I make for my dog. But even though I cut the sweet potatoes into thinner chunks, it was still VERY difficult to squeeze the handle and slice them. Then after only 2 attempts to use the chopper a screw came out of the handle and I just gave up and threw it away. I should have tried to get a refund but it wasn't worth the hassle and I no longer had the box it came in. In small areas, the shredder had to be strong enough to handle it without falling apart.
