Very very very tight

I have serious foot pain because of plantar fasciitis and spur and thought this would help to relief some pain off my foot. It does not. After wearing it for 1.5 hrs, my sole AND top are both in pain. And these are in the drawer forever. Not recommended.

Seems to work well.

Cons

Really tight in my ankles but barely snug in my feet. They may help a little bit not much.
