I wear them to the gym every day and they're the only shoes I've ever had that offer good support without being bulky . Double points for how cute they are! I regularly get compliments on these villains! I do a lot of cardio and strength training and I usually switch shoes depending on what I'm doing - they fit both! Best shoe purchase I've ever made!
