It took me so long to post my review because I didn't really know the product I had was fake until my girlfriend loaned it to me (from Sephora) and I could see the difference! Texture, consistency, shelf life of the product. Mine dried out so quickly after I bought it that I keep adding a few drops of castor oil to keep using it, but my girlfriend told me she's had it for over a year and it stays the same! So be careful, don't fall for this scam
