This fan gets the job done without sacrificing the lower quality that you can easily find. Make sure to experiment with the duty cycle if you're having trouble (in your BIOS if you have a good setup). At 60% duty cycle I ran at 1010 rpm and at 100% - 1506 rpm. This was used as an air intake on the inside of my generic case that blows onto my graphics cards. If you need more cooling, choose the Noctua 3000 RPM model. I will go to Noctua every time.
