Not the best, but decided now.
They responded quickly to the problem I had the first time, they replaced the product. But even after replacing the product, the vinyl still doesn't work very well, it won't stick to the carbon paper after weeding. and then when you take the vinyl out of the grip mat, the backing paper just rips into pieces and sticks to the mat. And once the vinyl is on the product, it's pretty easy to remove.
