I have weak ankles so I can fall wearing shoes on carpeted floors. It's better than going barefoot, especially dry skin on the heels. They're great because I can wear them to the mailbox or to do the laundry - I've even worn them while driving. I have 3 pairs now and I washed a pair in cold water and tumble dried on medium heat last week and they fit great! I will buy them again when they wear out, but I think it may take a while. I like that the sole is actually durable and comfortable.
