Almost Perfect: Landline
The audio on this captioned phone is excellent. Since the words are typed by the person listening to the conversation, a court clerk is required for perfect reading, and I'm sure this is prohibitively expensive. Be that as it may, the words aren't always accurate and appear rather slowly, but it's better than nothing. For the price (or free if you're willing to go to the trouble of getting a referral from an audiologist), it's worth it. By the way, the answering machine in it is excellent.
