Review on 👜 The Sak Lucia Crossbody Bag for Women by Veronica Wade

I was very disappointed when I received my bag. My bag arrived and the ring on the bag was broken. There was a small piece that was placed in a transparent bag with a tie. When I took it out of the box it was clearly broken and wouldn't attach to the ring on the box. I have attached photos. Obviously, whoever packed this item could see that the item was broken and could not be attached to the bag and still sent it on. The quality of the bag is very soft and the color is dark blue which I like. I would like to return my bag and exchange it for a new bag.
