I bought this because I needed to send some packages without queuing at the post office. What I didn't know was that my local post office had its own mailbox to weigh and print mail from. Oh well. Anyway, since a lot of reviewers said they use it to weigh their packages, I figured it would be fine. As it turned out, the product is much smaller than I expected. I suppose it's called a pocket scale for a reason. You could have everything in the palm of your hand. Very large packages cannot be placed on this item. If you can do that, you can't even see the weight. This is intended for weighing rather small packages. The good thing about this article is that they have different conversions: grams, ounces and so on. I also really like the bright LED backlight (which can also be turned off with the push of a button). In addition, this scale will turn off automatically if you don't use it for a while, which is very convenient if you forget to turn it off.
