The best part is that I can track my customer's purchase history from my mobile device without having to login to the website. It would be better if we could add more features like sending newsletters etc. Also, it would be great if I can see all the statistics about my customers in one place so that I can easily understand them. I am solving the issue of keeping track of my customers' previous purchases. This helps me keep track of the products they had purchased previously and also helps me find the right products for them when they need it.
