I ordered a large and received a small which is the main reason for my 3 stars. That being said the small one is still big enough for my hedgehog but I didn't get what I paid for (the big one costs more money), the product was labeled with different sizes in different places so I can see where the confusion was. who took the order. The bag it came in had an L on the barcode, the label on the honey jar was small, and the label inside the honey jar also had an s. As other reviewers have pointed out, the pad doesn't fit. I had to remove it, but I've done it with other brands as well, it wouldn't affect my rating in any way. What annoys me is that the cover is not removable. I've washed it once and it seems to have cleaned and held up well, a little loss of shape but that's ok.
