so i liked the idea of this product. A cheap yet working scanner, but I've had nothing but bad experiences with a real scanner. The delivery was very fast and arrived before the estimated time. I collected it through a YouTube video on how. It was a simple setup and didn't take long. I plugged it into my computer and plugged it into an outlet and then got really excited. I booted up my computer and tried to download the software. At first he didn't download and couldn't understand why. I tried to do this for half an hour. I finally tried another website and it finally worked. I downloaded it and loaded the program. I tried to calibrate the scanner but the scanner's camera kept losing signal and the scanner failed to calibrate and work. After a long unplugging and plugging, the circuit board kept disconnecting and plugging in. Nothing worked! (THIS COULD BE MY COMPUTER!) I tried closing the program and restarting the computer and as soon as it loaded the program was gone, not in my files. So I tried reinstalling the program when my wifi didn't even show up on my computer and got stuck on "WLAN off". At this point, I was ready to throw everything out the window, so I decided to leave. I gave up (AGAIN, ALL THE PROBLEMS COULD JUST BE MY COMPUTER, AN EX 8 YEAR OLD COMPUTER THAT IS A BIG COMPUTER). Although I think it might work for others, I'm here to share my experience with this product. I suggest if you are on a budget and broke like me. I hope you have a better experience with this product than me if you decide to buy it. :)
