Finding the right jacket for warm weather dogs isn't easy, especially for mixed breed dogs who don't follow standard sizes. I bought a large one for my dog. She measures 13.5 on the neck, 20 on the chest and 13 in length from neck to tail. The large suits her well except for the neck. When I zip it all the way up, it's too tight around the neck, so I leave 1-2 inches open. This jacket fits the chest well, keeps you warm and dry. Ideally I'd like a jacket that fits her neck as well, but then the larger size sits loose on the chest and doesn't warm her. The harness seems strong, but my dog doesn't pull. I probably wouldn't recommend this for a larger aggressive puller as the suspension doesn't seem strong enough for it. I also zip it up carefully because her fur might get stuck inside her.
