I ordered a medium size and it was perfect. I'm 5'3" and 112 pounds and it lands right in front of my knees but I wore it higher on my waist as I like to wear most things. It looks exactly like the picture and I love the volume that there is.Of course the dress I was going to wear with him didn't work that well (the dress wasn't made to wear a petticoat underneath), it's a pretty skirt anyway and I can't buy a skirt to show off. !
