I was looking for this aroma for a long time, I was tired of the sourness and light taste that lightly roasted coffee gets when it is prepared with milk, it turns out some kind of milk drink and not an "invigorating solution". The most pleasant impression of the mix of these grains and soy vanilla milk: thick and rich bitter taste. Real coffee, real and invigorating. If you cook it consciously, for these grains and, of course, in the desired proportions with milk for a specific roast, you get an amazing result! I donβt understand why people complain in the comments about the bitterness when buying beans with maximum roast. Are you waiting for something else?) They are fried . for a long time, intensely, they almost burn out in the literal sense.
