I was going to tighten the buckle and one of the latches broke when opening to tighten the buckle. Went to the return belt and told me to use the smartphone scan (like everyone has) and take it to the UPS store. The nearest Ups store is 40 miles from the hotel. I feel like there are no 5 returns as it takes a lot of work to return an item. I bought here, as I said, made in USA, not China, but the quality is similar to China. I will definitely look for another provider.
