Great rice cooker!

I really appreciate the thoughtful design of this rice cooker, especially the jet bowl on the back. The top panel on the lid is easy to attach and detach and easy to clean. I also appreciate the heavy weight of the cooking bowl, which no doubt helps the rice cook evenly. The reheat function is quick and efficient, and I particularly appreciate the timed cooking function, which ensures my rice is ready when I need it. The insulation is very good compared to other rice cookers I've used, so the exterior surfaces only feel slightly warm when in use. Even on the warm setting, which I often use on Shabbat, it doesn't dry out the rice as much as my previous rice cookers. You might think before you buy this rice cooker. First, if you're unfamiliar with rice cookers or aren't a techie, it's worth noting that the instructions aren't necessarily intuitive, and English instructions on how to use a rice cooker are (sometimes poorly) translated from Korean. There are many appallingly complex aspects of rice cooking that you can control, but for most people simply pressing the "cook" button is enough. However, this in no way affects the operation of the rice cooker or the outcome of the event. Also, in an ideal world, I would like this rice cooker to have a steamer basket. Unfortunately, you only have to make one of these yourself if you're interested in streaming, and to my knowledge the company doesn't offer it for sale. Since these things aren't really "standard" sizes, a silicone might be a better option. All in all, as an Asian who takes rice very seriously, I think this is a good value for money rice cooker, especially if you have a busy schedule and want to use all the time features.

Pros
