It was a dream at first when we ordered it in a large size at the end of January 2017. The fiberfill kept us warm on cold winter nights, and the four inches of support was just great. However, things took a turn for the worse once we started deleting the cover. The bottom of the tablet sticks together so tightly that the tablets are transferred to the gel memory foam that encloses the villi. Also, the shelter is too warm in summer, so we sweat all night and wake up very hot. We have since temporarily removed the top layer only to find that the gel foam was not ideal for our mattress. In addition, after washing, an unpleasant odor remained that cannot be washed out and has become less pleasant in the last six months from the date of purchase. For something that costs so much we are extremely disappointed with this purchase. As soon as I get home and remember this I will upload photos.
