Review on 💻 Logitech Ultrathin Magnetic Clip-On Keyboard Cover for iPad mini 3/mini 2/mini, Silver: Sleek and Functional iPad Accessory by Phanikumar Larsen

I've been using this keyboard for 2 weeks and suddenly the keyboard wouldn't turn on, so my iPad Mini recognized Bluetooth despite 3 attempts to charge the device . The device appeared to be charging as the green light was on all over the place and reconfiguring itself just in case. But it did not work. The keyboard seemed to work fine prior to this issue. I liked that it is thin and compact, but my iPad mini could not be protected by a case with this keyboard because the iPad requires a magnetic connection, so there was a risk of breaking the iPad. Ouch$$. The magnetic connection between my iPad and the keyboard wasn't strong enough as it slipped several times. But when propped up for use, it stayed in place perfectly. This seller, Alwayz-on-Sale, has not yet responded to my request for a product issue and return, and it has been 2 days. I have contacted them a second time and am waiting again. I'm a little disappointed with the delay in customer service. I'm used to faster service with a few other returns I've had over the past few years. 😕
