That's exactly what they look like!
These tiny clothespins are perfect if you want to use them as giant paperclips. My use is quite esoteric and they are perfect for this - I graft apple buds onto my tree and these tiny clothespins hold the graft in place while it heals. Since they are made of wood, they will last a long time. If they're outside they may rust over time, but indoors they should be fine. In general, as long as you understand that it's not about clothes (haha) you'll get what they say you'll get.
