Our account manager gave us an overview of their social media strategy, which included some great ideas for content creation as well! It's always fun to engage in conversation about how we can connect our products together (e.g., customer success, brand experience) when developing their overall marketing plan & strategy. Very flexible -- they will help push boundaries on what you thought was possible or impossible from your previous provider. The only thing I'd say is take it slow at first to ensure everything clicks right. Give them plenty time to get comfortable running their own program/streaming platform so you know exactly where you would like things handled long term. If you're looking to create engaging videos with video elements across channels such as Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, etc. - definitely look into working more closely with Digitech. They've been able to bring this expertise over to my team. Also helped me develop content that is relatable to both existing customers and potential clients. I like how you can customize everything, but it's not too user friendly if your new to this software so far as i have read its pretty easy once u get used to using all of these features they guide very well through each step! also in their support team is amazing at helping people learn different parts about DIGITECH which makes things easier for me!! great price when compared other products out there we use daily or weekly.
