It was surprisingly pleasant! The material is soft and well sewn. Nothing is sharp or rough around the edges. Even the sequins weren't coarse. My baby is very picky and she delivered him with no problems. I'm a 3 1/2 but we usually get a 4 but I'm a 5. The top fits, the pants were the right length but too big in the waist. The size is probably as expected. I would say order if you are on the larger side for age. I sewed the waist and cuffs together with no problems so this should fit for a while. would recommend.
