Alternator Welder Dryer Electric Vehicle Charger Power Cord Adapter Connector Sides of a 3 pin outlet as shown in photo As an update here I I used this adapter to connect a dryer outlet to another plug connected to a 25 foot 12 gauge extension cord for use with a 110v/220v welder which I (to an extension cord ) plugged in/plugged in to connect to this adapter bought from Home Depot, replaced the plug on a power extension cord I had cut off from a regular 110v plug - oops!) When I bought this adapter I thought that this 3-pin plug is the same size as a standard 3-pin household plug, but it is designed for a much larger 3-pin r connector used by many welding machines. These little welders can run on 110v or 220v, but the plug is a standard household sized three pin plug. In the photo the adapter is thicker.
