Best thing for the money, glad I did it.
Bought this set for a 7 year old. Works in conjunction with an android tablet. Everything worked on the first try. The child figured it out. I just installed the program on the tablet. Too bad it's not compatible with technic. Another loop. Another type of engine. For more advanced mechanisms, you need to purchase a second data hub, an engine. Enough for now, then we’ll buy more when the fantasy of simple mechanisms runs out.
Pros
- The kit comes with a visual sensor (you can write algorithms for the speed of movement and for a collision with an obstacle), there is also a gyroscope. The program has basic models for beginners. It does not require a full-fledged PC, a tablet is enough (there is a limitation on the screen size - it must be at least 9 or 10 inches).
