These sturdy wire baskets are an attractive storage option. It only took my husband a few minutes to hang them (including the drywall anchors) in the linen alcove. They are securely attached to the wall. I use them to store brushes, cleaning gloves, and other items that get lost or take up too much shelf space. Chicken wire has 1" x 1" holes. Each of the four corners has a top to bottom gap (about 7-1/2 inches) with a 1 inch opening at the top and a taper to 1/2 inch at the bottom. That's not a problem for me because everything I have in the basket is too big to fit through the gap. I like the look (I have a bronze color), the quality is good and I will be buying more for other places in the house.
