I have a PS4 and after a few years of use the rubber on one of the analog sticks has almost completely worn off and started to crack around the edges which started to irritate the thumb rest. Not wanting to buy a brand new controller, I ordered this one instead. They are easy to attach by simply flipping them according to the instructions and then finding them back on the joystick. They fit well, don't move, and don't interfere with the movement of the wand. The keycaps are textured, and the diamond pattern feels a bit pointy at first during use, but I found I got used to the feel fairly easily, and use will likely dull the pointy feel of the texture. I can't predict how long they will last, but they seem reliable and you definitely get enough in the package to change them out multiple times.
