Review on Plantronics Voyager Bluetooth 202652 101 Cancelling by Adam Madden

I've always used Plantronics wireless headsets for work, but this is the first headset I've used with an Avaya Softphone. All others were intended for use with desk phones. So I was a bit worried that it might not be compatible. But it works great. I just received it today and so far so good. The call quality is excellent, as is the range. The only thing I don't like is that you can't answer a call through the headset and the voice will tell you if you mute the call. Also, I'm just glad I'm not tied to my desktop all day. Oh, and it synced instantly and worked great with Microsoft Teams.
