I was really hoping after trying it on would be great. They are comfortable and block out background noise when both are in your ears. I had a problem making a call. They called at full volume, but once the call connected the volume dropped almost to the point where I couldn't hear the other person. I tried resetting them and all settings on my phone and nothing, same problem. The purity of the sound when playing music is not very good. The bass is slightly better than others, but the clarity is not clear.
