If you like hot coffee or tea (or whatever you drink) this is the product for you! If, like me, you love hot coffee but can't ever drink it before it's cold, get it! (You can thank me later! LOL) This is a wonderful product! The quality is excellent with a very strong cable/plug (no flimsy flammable things!), it works well and looks great on my desk too (mine is red). Just plug it in and you're good to go. It doesn't turn on until you press the button, so don't worry. To turn it on, just press the small flat button once. The button will turn red first (to keep beverages HOT). If you press the button again, it turns blue (so drinks stay WARM if that's what you prefer); and if you press the button again, it will turn off completely (and you will know it's off because the light goes off completely). Very easy! It takes a few short minutes to fully heat up, so I usually just turn it on before making coffee; So it will be very hot as soon as I put my cup on it. The coffee doesn't get cold anymore! HOORAY! :) This is an AMAZING PRODUCT I have been using EVERY DAY since the day I received it. (I wish I had had something like this decades ago, but hey, better late than never!) I highly recommend this coffee warmer! The only issue to watch out for is your cup/mug. Yes flat bottomed mugs/cups work best but I regularly use mugs with a bottom that is definitely thicker than recommended and not quite flat as recommended and it still works well. I doubt anyone will ever regret this purchase; Of course not! That's incredible! Thanks for a great product!
