Review on 🍺 High-quality Homebrew Beer Ingredient Kit: Resilient Porter by Alisa Romero

Well, I confess I made two mistakes while brewing this drink. My first mistake was using a 900 watt stove to boil water over my 1200 watt induction burner and the second was adding yeast when the wort was too hot. So of course I was worried that I had somehow screwed up the recipe. But. It's not like this. I've been waiting for some bottles for this review for a few months. I haven't added or tried to improve this recipe, so this will be a full review of it. Let's start with the instructions. Very clear and concise. I factor in the fact that it took over three hours to cook. But it's NOT Brewer's Best as I made the mistake of using a 900 watt burner. I'm just adding it so potential newbies like me can learn from it and NOT do what I did! HD. What, as they say. If you follow the instructions it will be awesome. Now let's move on to the sourdough. I did some research where I was concerned that the English Ale yeast included was added to a wort that was too hot. But to my delight everything was fine. The fermentation started in the late evening and lasted about 8 days. Bottling was easy and after 7 days I opened a bottle after conditioning in the fridge. Which brings us to the most important part in my opinion: TASTE! That's a strong carrier! Toasty aromas, soft chocolate aftertaste and hops. Ironically, before I got to these incomplete sets, I wasn't a real fan of strong hop flavors and aromas. I'm not my least fan of IPAs, but now I'm pretty sure it's because I like very fresh hops. They added complexity and bitterness that finished off with absolute perfection. The reverse aging within a few months did not disappoint either. It was still beautiful, still smooth. I definitely plan to buy it again after buying a stout kit from them. absolutely for you.
