Based on other reviews, I ordered the pink vest in a medium (for a slightly fitted fit) and the black and white houndstooth in size large for a looser fit. So far I've only worn the pink in size medium, so this review is for that item. I normally wear either a size 10 or 12, Medium or Large top, depending on the brand. I have a 38B (or C depending on the bra) bust and am 5'5" and 150 pounds. The size Medium is a relaxed-but-not-loose fit. It fit nicely in the bust, does not gape in the armpit, and fell at my upper hip. The pink of the vest was a little brighter than what appears on my monitor, but still a nice neutral shade.
