Works perfectly. The only problems I had: 1. There were no instructions on how to put my SSD in it. The SSD adapter's internal connector grips one end of the SSD, but you must remove the nut/ring on the other end by unscrewing a tiny Phillips screw from the back of the board. Then press the ring against the end of the SSD and the adapter board at the same time and screw that small Phillips screw back into the ring on the back of the board.2. Make sure you're working on a large enough bright surface so that if the tiny screws come out and you lose control of them by opening the adapter, they can't escape where you can't see them.3 . This isn't really a problem, just a warning: make sure you know what type/size of SSD you have and where the notches on its edge connector are. This adapter has the "B" or "B+M" notches on the M.2 SATA type SSD connector. Do a little research to confirm your SSD type. I have a dual cutout M.2 SATA type, meaning it has both a "B" cut and an "M" cutout as you can see in the photo. Also make sure your SSD dimensions are suitable for the adapter: I have a 2280 SSD that is 22mm wide and 80mm long. This adapter supports sizes 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280.
