If your goal is to get the whitest teeth possible, such as professional dental whitening or Crest White Strips, you may be disappointed. However, you get a lot of product for your money and it works as described. I use this product at least once a day and then brush with another product for sensitive teeth. I've recently started using it twice a day and I think I'm seeing a difference every week. I drink at least 2 cups of coffee a day, which is why it stains my teeth. They seem to be bleaching. Very pleasant, fine taste and very fine consistency, similar to baking soda. All in all it was a good experience and worth trying to clean stained teeth.
