I like that it is able to predict crime patterns within certain parameters, which helps me make decisions about how my officers should be deployed in areas where we have not yet had any police activity or reported crimes. It also has an easy interface so anyone can use it without having specialized training; however some people may find that there isn't enough detail available when predicting future locations at street level resolution. If you're looking into predictive policing software this program was developed by Stanford University researchers who were trying out different methods until they found one that worked well - therefore if you want something cheap but effective, try using predpol first!
