. a black swan outfit for Halloween and it was perfect! It comes as one long line of feathers .

I bought this to complete a black swan outfit for Halloween and it was perfect! It comes as one long line of feathers attached to the band and I ended up just wrapping this around my waist a couple times over my black tutu and securing with a pin.
There was a slight smell of moth balls right after opening package, so I would recommend opening this a day or so before you plan to wear it. The smell dissipated very quickly - probably within two hours.

Pros

Perfect feathers to make a DIY African Juju Hat!

Cons

The feathers poke through the fabric, making it uncomfortable to wear
