I am currently 30 weeks into my second pregnancy and was in dire need of a new pregnancy pillow. After ordering 2 beforehand and having to send them back, I finally made my decision. This pillow is nowhere near as plush and thick as it appears in the photo. I added about half my old pregnancy pillow to this one to get the desired thickness and I will probably need to add more over time. Another thing besides the plushness is the case in which it is delivered. On the first night of use I noticed that the thread was unraveling and starting to unravel so it needs fixing too. I'm happy with the pillow now but it definitely needed a bit of touch up and TLC on arrival.
