Review on 📊 Auto Meter 5907 ES 2-1/16 inch Mechanical Vacuum/Boost Gauge with 30 in. Hg/20 PSI Range by Joseph Brendemuehl

My wife bought this for me to replace the Pro Comp Ultra-Lite I had in my car for years and it stopped working properly. I searched a lot for what I need next and in the end I had 2 options: ES or Phantom 2, I chose ES. It arrived via Prime so it was there in 2 days. My old gauge was 30/30 but I went with 30/20 because I only use about 13lbs of boost so you get more range with 30/20. Installation was easy, I had to do a bit of rewiring because the old meter used a bulb to light it up and this one has an LED so there are only 2 pins on the back of the meter. I used old tubes that I installed in the car, I wanted to install all the new tubes but the NBT fittings that came with the gauge sucked. That's why I didn't give 5 stars, because if I hadn't had the hoses and fittings from the old pressure gauge beforehand, I wouldn't have been able to install this. I would have to go to a hardware store and buy fittings that are really tight. The hose is simply pulled out of the NBT fitting. Since I didn't have to install any new tubes, the installation took me about 10 minutes. The backlight on this sensor is amazing, love the red color and the fact that the entire sensor is backlit. Unlike the older Ultralights which only use one bulb illuminating the sides. Love the sensor but be prepared that the NBT fittings may not work properly.
