Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, 128GB in Cloud Pink for GSM carriers by Jhalak Mehra ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

There are a few bugs, basically the norm.

Prior to that, there was and still is the S10 in use today. When compared to the earlier model (S10), the new one (S20) does not improve in any manner, and in fact, it performs worse in many respects. Let's begin with the fact that the camera is the single most crucial item for me. There is no discernible improvement on the S20 compared to the S10. The front one shoots quite poorly in comparison to the main one, which is roughly the same. It focuses less accurately, there is more background noise, and the smoothness setting on the S20 is less effective at 8 than it is at 3 for the S10. This was both upsetting and aggravating at the same time. I thought I was buying a new product with an upgraded camera, but instead I got one that was even less capable than the previous one. The temperature on the phone is higher than that of the S10. The Samsung Pay app moves at a glacial pace. I put the phone on S10 for one second, and everything was paid for, but here you have to wait twenty to thirty seconds before you can proceed. It is highly inconvenient to have to hold the phone to a buddy without support from below in order to record or converse on the phone because the repositioned microphone in lieu of the headphone jack is constantly covered by the little finger. There is no adapter that can be used with standard headphones. No USB cord. The only change for the better is the deletion of the button labeled "Bixby;" many thanks for that. Those who are interested in upgrading from S10, however, should not take my advice. If I had the chance to go back, I would not spend my money on S20 because it is not worth it.

Pros
  • nice display, good main camera
Cons
  • poor quality of the front camera and very warm
