Coffee had an overall lighter appearance than the picture. Bow is not a true bow but one ribbon wrapped around the hat and another section of ribbon over it, gathered in the middle to form the tails. It is glued on with a hot glue gun making it look cheap. Mine arrived with one end of the gather and one tail of the ribbon unattached and I ended up sewing them back onto the hat. The hat was also squashed. Product is Japanese and I was unable to read the label for any tips as to how to reshape it. The do not iron symbol was pretty clear- I was however able to steam it without damaging it and improve the shape. Sadly the brim never achieved the nice, crisp, stiff look in the pictures, coming out looking more wavy and floppy looking. My head circumference is slightly larger than the max suggested size but it still fit well. It is cute but I wish they took more time to get the details right- would have paid more for that. For the nice style, had the hat been perfect, would have given it 5 stars. The construction took it down to an average rating. I guess I should have realized the pictures were too good to be true for the price. If anyone has shaping tips, please post.
