Overall this is the best motion sensor faucet I've found for a reasonable price. That being said, there are a few things to consider before making your purchase. If you're good at installing faucets (have done it a few times), you can walk through it and you'll probably figure it out like me (the included instructions are confusing and imprecise). So if this is your first faucet installation, get someone to help you and make sure they read these tips. Installation Tips: * Don't get too carried away with the installation diagram. This is incorrect, mainly because it was designed for 220V and possibly for the European and Russian markets (instructions in English and Russian, which is a bit unusual for the North American market). The parts listed are also incorrect if you are ordering this from the US - the parts you will receive should be fine but the instructions are for a different set of gear only so don't pay too much attention to them. * You may need to get several faucet pipe fittings appropriate for your situation.
