My husband and I have a well and bought a complete home filtration system and reusable mud filter. Not knowing which sump to choose and not wanting to reduce the water pressure, we chose the largest filter. After a few months we were still getting fine sand in our faucet filters. I called Isprings and they sent us 2 filters for free to test. We'll wait to see how that works to keep sand out, the water pressure has been reduced a bit but not by much. I was very happy with the customer service.

With 1" NPT inlet/outlet and 20" x 4.5" filter cartridges, the system has minimal impact on water flow (up to 15 GPM) and requires minimal maintenance. Two 12" barbed hoses are included for hassle-free installation to any 3/4" pipe such as copper, PEX, or CPVC without welding or gluing. A removal tool is also included if you need to shut down the system.
